The role will require you to work directly with the founding team and leading all the content related initiates across the brand. Her/his focus would be to develop and improvise existing content strategy of the brand to get more eye balls of the customer.

Key Performance Areas:
1. Social Media
- Build customer community from scratch
- Handle all day to day operation to build consumer base on top social media platforms
- You will have to lead this initiative and have to figure out everything on your own
- You would have people to guide you but then you would be responsible for success/failure of this project
- Make it an ROI driven initiative instead of brand building exercise
- Build a loyal customer base for your content
- Generate content-driven traffic
- You would need to be abreast with Men Fashion and would need to write at least 2 blogs a week
3. Product Cataloging
- Lead end-to-end product cataloguing
- Writing SEO friendly product description
- Give product names
- All in all, represent the product in best possible way
4. Brand communication and content related branding activities
