Cancellation & Returns Policy

We here at Peluche want to delight you with our product and service and we want to create a great shopping experience, every single time you trust us with your purchase.

How do I cancel an order on Peluche?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order (not applicable for customise products).

For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, it will be eligible for replacement or Store credits or Card/net banking Refund (only in case of defective product)

7 Days of No Questions Asked Refunds**:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product we sent you, we will refund your entire purchase price in the mode and in the same account through which the payment has been done and in case of Cash On Delivery, we would give you store credits of equal amount. We believe that you should be completely happy with our products. If your product was not everything you had hoped for, please email us at hi@peluche.in

Below are a few things that you need to ensure

  • If you wish to return the product, you have to raise a return request within 7 days after the product is delivered to you.
  • Product should be in sellable condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging, undamaged and unwashed.
  • As the products get returned & received by us, you can either opt for store credit back or a refund voucher.
  • Customer needs to ship the products the warehouse from it is shipped or alternatively we can also arrange a reverse pickup at a charge of INR 150 per product.

Note: If any free gift is included as part of the item order that needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Refund Policy**:

Refunds will be made in the same mode and in the same account through which the payment has been done and in case of Cash On Delivery, we would give you store credits of equal amount. Following are the possible cases :

  • In case of Cancellation of the product, if the mode of payment is Cash On Delivery you will receive your store credits within 24 hours. 
  • In case of Cancellation of the product, if you have already paid for the product, a refund will be generated within 24 hours and will be credited in the same account through which the payment has been done.
  • In case of Return of product, if the mode of payment is Cash On Delivery you will receive your store credits within 48 hours after we receive the product back in the specified condition.
  • In case of Return of product, if you have already paid for the product, a refund will be generated within 48 hours and will be credited in the same account through which the payment has been done after we have received the product back in the specified condition. 

Note : Your bank may take 4-7 days to credit the amount back in your account but the amount will surely be refunded from our side within the said time.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us (follow the link) or email us at hi@peluche.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

**No Cancellation & Refund Policy for Customised Products

Please note that for all customised and personalised products, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not allowed once the order is placed. These items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold. This policy only applies to customised orders. For non-customised items, our standard policy applies.

Get 5% extra of refund voucher:

Once we have received the product, we will either refund the amount in the mode through which the payment had been done and in case of Cash On Delivery, we would give you store credits of equal amount. In case of gift voucher(store credits) we would offer 5% extra value. For example, if you have returned a product for which you paid INR 1000 and if you opt for gift voucher(store credits) we would issue you the same for INR 1050.

Condition for Gift voucher: Gift voucher(store credits) has a validity of lifetime but it should be utilised in one go and should be consumed in one order.
