Cancellation & Returns Policy
We here at Peluche want to delight you with our product and service and we want to create a great shopping experience, every single time you trust us with your purchase.
How do I cancel an order on Peluche?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
- If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, it will be eligible for replacement or Store credits or Card/net banking Refund (only in case of defective product)
15 Days Simple Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product we sent you, we will refund your entire purchase price in cash or store credits. We believe that you should be completely happy with our products. If your product was not everything you had hoped for, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Below are four things that you need to ensure
- You should inform the customer service team within 24 hours of product delivery.
- Product should be sent back to us within 10 days of the date of dispatch.
- Product should be in saleable condition with all tags intact and in their original packaging, undamaged and unwashed.
- As the products get returned & received by us, you can either opt for store credit back or a refund voucher.
Note: If any free gift is included as part of the item order and the needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Get 5% extra of refund voucher:
Once we have received the product, we will either refund the amount in cash or will raise a gift voucher. In case of gift voucher we would offer 5% extra value. For example, if you have returned a product for which you paid INR 1000 and if you opt for gift voucher we would issue you the same for INR 1050.
Condition for refund voucher: Gift voucher needs to be utilised within 120 days of issuance and it should be utilised in one go and should be consumed in one order.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please contact us (follow the link) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
