placed an order (#3026442-WEB-RETAIL) and raised a return request on 12 April, followed by another reminder on 14 April, as the product was not satisfactory. As per the brand’s 7-day return policy, my request was well within the allowed timeframe.
However, my emails have gone unanswered. On WhatsApp, I was told that “we will check and respond to your query in some time,” but it has now been days since my initial request, and multiple follow-ups. No action has been taken to initiate the return process.
I also tried reaching out via phone, but my calls were not answered. The delay from their end is directly affecting my ability to return the product despite following their stated policy.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience in terms of customer service and responsiveness. I would not recommend this brand based on my experience.
